Certified Trauma Recovery Coach • Mental Health Speaker • Author
Priscilla is a certified trauma recovery coach, professional mental health speaker, and author of Break the Cycle Before It Breaks You: Unlock the Mindset That Sets You Free. She has facilitated hundreds of recovery and personal growth groups while helping people strengthen resilience, build healthier relationships, achieve meaningful goals, and create lasting change.
Her coaching combines lived experience with evidence-informed practices, creating a compassionate space where people can explore new perspectives, build self-trust, and cultivate a growth mindset.
Priscilla believes healing is possible, growth is lifelong, and no one has to navigate it alone.
