Welcome to Lifeing

Welcome to Lifeing LLC (“Lifeing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lifeing website, membership platform, coaching services, educational programs, Lifeing Circles, Live More Drink Less®, podcasts, events, digital resources, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our Services

Lifeing provides coaching, education, community experiences, and personal growth resources designed to support wellbeing, self-awareness, habit change, and meaningful personal development.

Lifeing is a coaching organization. Our Services are educational and supportive in nature and are not intended to replace medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or other licensed professional services. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase Services, or participate in Lifeing programs unless otherwise expressly authorized by Lifeing.

By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Member Accounts

Some Services require creating a Lifeing account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and current information
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• promptly update your information when it changes
• notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

Coaching, Programs, and Community Participation

Lifeing offers a variety of experiences, including:

• Individual coaching
• Lifeing Membership
• Lifeing Circles
• Live More Drink Less®
• Educational workshops and webinars
• Community meetings
• Digital resources

Participation is voluntary. Every participant remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, health, and wellbeing.

While we encourage respectful participation, we cannot guarantee individual outcomes from coaching or educational experiences.

Respectful Community Participation

Lifeing is committed to creating a compassionate, respectful, and inclusive community.

By participating, you agree to:

• treat others with dignity and respect
• maintain the confidentiality of other participants
• refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior
• avoid sharing another participant's personal information without permission
• contribute in ways that support a positive learning environment

Lifeing reserves the right to remove individuals whose behavior significantly disrupts the safety or wellbeing of the community.

Payments

Certain Services require payment.

By purchasing a Service, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

Memberships, coaching packages, Lifeing Circles, and other offerings may each have separate pricing and policies.

Billing, Refunds, and Cancellations

Billing, refunds, cancellations, and membership renewals are governed by Lifeing's Billing Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content provided through Lifeing—including text, graphics, videos, course materials, worksheets, logos, trademarks, program names, educational resources, and digital content—is the property of Lifeing LLC or used with permission.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or modified without prior written permission except for reasonable personal use associated with participation in Lifeing Services.

User Content

You retain ownership of the information and content you voluntarily submit.

By participating in Lifeing Services, you grant Lifeing a limited license to use submitted content as necessary to provide the Services.

Lifeing will never intentionally disclose confidential coaching information except as described in our Privacy Policy, when authorized by you, or when required by law.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Lifeing may utilize trusted third-party providers for payment processing, scheduling, video conferencing, communications, cloud hosting, analytics, and other business operations.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

Changes to Services

Lifeing may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services when reasonably necessary to improve the member experience, maintain security, comply with legal requirements, or support business operations.

When practical, we will communicate significant changes in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifeing LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to paid Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lifeing for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for your use of the Services and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifeing LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, facilitators, and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
