About Tayler Cline
Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you're exploring your relationship with alcohol, navigating life with ADHD, or seeking a more sustainable rhythm – this is a space for curiosity, growth, and support without judgment.
A Little About Me
I've called Prague home since 2016, when I moved here to teach English… and never quite left. These days, I live here with my Czech partner and our dog, and love the city’s creative energy, slower pace, and its blend of quiet and community. I also travel regularly to the U.S. to stay connected with nature and spend time with family.
I began coaching in 2020 and now specialize in ADHD and alcohol-focused coaching. My own ADHD diagnosis came later in adulthood and helped me make sense of years of emotional overwhelm, burnout, and “trying harder” without results. That experience has deeply shaped the way I support others – especially those navigating similar realizations and shifts.
My coaching approach is holistic, strengths-based, and grounded in neuroaffirming care. I work primarily with late-diagnosed and self-suspecting ADHD adults who are ready to step away from burnout, shame, or masking – and instead move toward more clarity, self trust, and tools that actually work with their brains.
ADHD & Alcohol Use
Alcohol use often looks different for people with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. For many, it’s tied to executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, and sensory processing, and can reflect natural dopamine-seeking behaviors as the brain looks for stimulation, soothing, or control.
You might not resonate with traditional recovery models, and that’s completely valid. In our work together, we explore your relationship with alcohol through an ADHD-informed lens. We focus on building practical tools, habits, and self-awareness that feel empowering – not punishing – and support long term alignment with your values and wellbeing.
